Obtaining

Starting production: Unlock Woodworking and build a Carpenter's Workbench in the Workyard using 5 × Flitch + 2 × Simple iron parts. It processes Flitch into Wooden plank.
Upgraded workstation: Assembly Stand unlocks Carpenter's Workbench II. It uses the same amount of Flitch for the same base output, with a lower energy cost.
Processing logs: Unlock the Circular Saw technology to build a Circular Saw in the Workyard. Construction itself needs 8 × Wooden plank, which you can craft at a workbench or buy first. See the construction example for all materials.
Buying and selling: Tress buys and sells Wooden plank at trade tier II. The reference base price in the information card is not a fixed quote for every transaction.
