Bread
Bread is a baked food made from Dough at Kitchen Oven. A stack holds up to 30. Its base food effect restores 18 energy, with additional energy depending on food bonuses.
Unlock and prepare

Heat Saver modifies the fuel cost and Cook modifies the output. The active fuel cost and output depend on these perks; check the recipe screen before preparing a batch.
Eating and storage
Section titled “Eating and storage”Use Bread from your inventory to restore energy. The base restoration is 18; food energy bonuses can increase it. Keep up to 30 in one stack when carrying food for work away from home.
