Check Herbert’s objective

The early guard morale quest requires graveyard quality 10 before reporting to Herbert at the crossroads. Individual grave ratings and area decorations contribute to the displayed total. Check that total rather than counting only how many bodies you buried.

Improve the graves that limit the score

1. Inspect a body before burial. Read its organs and red/white skull values instead of assuming every instance has the same stats.
2. Place grave modules and dig a grave using the blueprint desk and shovel. Add a gravestone and fence that fit its available decoration capacity.
3. Compare the grave’s displayed score after each change. Upgrade a grave with remaining capacity before buying decoration beyond its body limit.

Replace poor bodies and report back

If an early grave remains poor, use Exhumation Certificate to replace its body after removing decorations. Keep corpses for Zombie separate from burial candidates. When the area total reaches 10, return to Herbert and complete the objective.
